Colossians 3:13 (NIV)
Forgiveness is a transformative force that sets us free from bitterness and restores relationships. The Bible teaches us that just as God has forgiven us, we are called to forgive others. When we extend forgiveness, we release the burden of resentment and allow healing to take place. Forgiveness is not excusing or forgetting the offense, but a deliberate choice to let go of the hurt and offer grace. It is a reflection of God's mercy towards us and a demonstration of love in action.
