Colossians 3:13 (NIV)
Forgiveness is at the core of the Christian faith. Just as God forgives us, He calls us to forgive others. When we hold onto grudges and bitterness, it hinders our relationship with God and others. Forgiveness is not always easy, but it is necessary for our spiritual well-being. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:13, 'Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.'
Reflection
Take a moment to reflect on someone you need to forgive today. Ask God for the strength and grace to extend forgiveness, just as He has forgiven you.
