Colossians 3:13 (NIV)
Forgiveness is a powerful act of love and grace that sets both the forgiven and the forgiver free. Just as God forgives us of our sins through Jesus Christ, we are called to forgive others. Forgiveness does not excuse the wrongdoing but releases the burden of anger and resentment, allowing healing and restoration to take place.
Reflection
In Colossians 3:13, we are reminded to forgive as the Lord forgave us. Reflect on the immense grace and mercy God has shown you, and extend that same forgiveness to those who have wronged you. As you forgive, you will experience the freedom and peace that come from letting go of bitterness and resentment.
