In the kingdom of God, greatness is measured downward. The leader kneels; the first becomes last; the one who would be great becomes the servant of all. Service is not a lower calling we outgrow but the very shape of a life that follows Jesus. Look for one small, hidden act of service today — something with no audience and no reward. Serving in secret keeps the heart humble and tender. Who can you quietly help this week?
