Overflowing Joy: The Secret to True Happiness

Philippians 4:4 (NIV)
In Philippians 4:4, Paul encourages us to 'Rejoice in the Lord always.' Our joy is not dependent on circumstances, but on our unchanging God. True joy comes from knowing Christ, experiencing His love, and trusting in His promises. It is a deep-seated contentment that transcends happiness. As we abide in Him, our joy overflows and becomes a testimony to the world of our faith and hope.
Reflection
Today, let us reflect on where we derive our joy from. Are we seeking happiness in temporary things or finding true joy in our relationship with Christ? Let us choose to rejoice in the Lord always, regardless of our circumstances, knowing that He is our source of unshakeable joy.
