Romans 12:1-2 (NIV)
True worship is not just about singing songs; it's about surrendering our whole lives to God. In Romans 12:1-2, Paul urges us to offer our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, as our true act of worship. This means giving God our all - our thoughts, actions, and desires. When we understand the depth of God's love for us, worship becomes a natural response of gratitude and love.
Reflection
Take a moment to reflect on what areas of your life you may be holding back from God. Are there areas where you struggle to fully surrender to Him? Ask God to reveal these to you and give you the strength to lay them at His feet in worship.
