Help us to quiet our hearts and minds, letting go of anxieties and fears, and trusting in your perfect peace. Guide us in prayer and meditation, that we may experience your calming presence and find rest in you. May your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, anchoring us in your love and grace.
