Philippians 4:4 (NIV)
In Philippians 4:4, Paul urges us to rejoice always. But how can we maintain joy amidst life's trials? Joy is not merely an emotion; it is a choice rooted in our faith in God's promises. When we fix our eyes on Jesus and His eternal joy set before us, we can experience a joy that transcends circumstances and fills us with strength. This joy is contagious, spreading hope and light to those around us.
Reflection
Let us reflect on the source of our joy today. Are we seeking it in temporary pleasures or in the unchanging love of Christ? As we abide in Him, His joy becomes our strength.
