His guidance may not always align with our plans or expectations, but we can trust that His ways are higher and His plans are for our good. God's guidance rarely arrives as a floodlight on the whole road; more often it is a lamp for the next step. He gives enough light to move forward in trust, not enough to remove the need for it. Guidance is a relationship, not a map handed over at the start. Where are you waiting for the whole plan before you will take any step? Ask God for the next step only, and take it. Direction becomes clearer in motion, as we walk close to the One who leads.
