Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you seeking Your divine guidance in our lives. Help us to align our steps with Your will and trust in Your perfect plan for us. As we seek Your guidance, may Your Holy Spirit lead and direct us in all decisions and paths we take. Give us discernment to recognize Your voice amidst the noise of the world. Guide us, O Lord, and show us the way to walk in Your light. Amen.

"Guided by His Hand: A Prayer Guide for Seeking God's Guidance" is a short reflection to carry into your day. It speaks directly to the theme of guidance, and to the ordinary faith we live out day by day. God's guidance rarely arrives as a floodlight on the whole road; more often it is a lamp for the next step. He gives enough light to move forward in trust, not enough to remove the need for it. Guidance is a relationship, not a map handed over at the start. Where are you waiting for the whole plan before you will take any step? Ask God for the next step only, and take it. Direction becomes clearer in motion, as we walk close to the One who leads. Read Proverbs 3:5-6 again slowly, and let it shape how you live today — in your family, your work, and your church community. A prayer: Lord, I want to see the whole way, but you ask me to trust you for the next step. Guide me today, and give me the faith to follow even when I cannot yet see where it leads. Amen.
