Psalm 46:1 (NIV)
In times of distress, we can find solace in the comforting embrace of our Heavenly Father. Let us turn to Him for peace and strength, knowing that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let us pour out our hearts to Him, seeking His comfort and presence in our lives.
Reflection
Reflect on the times when God has been your source of comfort and strength. Remember His faithfulness and goodness in the midst of trials. Trust that He is with you, holding you close in His loving arms.
