Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you seeking strength that can only come from You. In moments of weakness, help us to lean on Your everlasting arms and find courage in Your promises. Guide us to find our strength in You alone and not in our own abilities. Strengthen us to face challenges with faith and perseverance, knowing that You are with us always.
Reflection
Reflect on the times when God has given you strength in the past. Remember His faithfulness and how He has carried you through difficult situations. Trust in His promise to renew your strength when you wait on Him.
